Conference Registration

Registration Attendee Fee

Registration fee includes admission at all sessions, vendor displays, breaks, Sunday afternoon workshops, Sunday evening reception, Vendor wine/cheese reception, Monday-Thursday continental breakfast, and Monday-Wednesday luncheon.

Early-bird registration cutoff date is Thursday, April 7, 2011.  This is the same date as the hotel cutoff date.  Reservations at the hotel after April 7, 2011 will only be accepted on a space availability basis and for the rate available at that time.  The conference rate is not guaranteed after April 7, 2011.

1 Must be a currently enrolled student and present a valid student ID at conference check-in. Student registration includes entrance into conference sessions, workshops, vendor area and refreshment breaks. Entrance into other events is an additional charge.

Special Meals

If you require vegetarian or other special dietary meals at the conference please indicate the requirement on the registration form. Special tickets will be provided during registration to ensure you are served the requested meals by the hotel staff.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued, less $40 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by Thursday, April 7, 2011, by Deborah Hollis at the address below for RTC. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

Conference Attire

The dress for this conference will be business casual – no ties.

Spouse/Guest Tickets

The attendee can purchase individual tickets for each event or an “all events” special ticket for spouse or guest during the conference. The prices are noted below.

Reno Aces Minor League Baseball Game

We are reserving a block of tickets to the Reno Aces vs. Omaha Storm Chasers minor league baseball game on Wednesday evening, May 11.

  1. Check, made payable to RTC (Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County), and mail in together with your registration form; or
  2. Credit card, via the RTC shopping cart. You must still mail in your registration form.

early-bird registration fee.
