Group of rooms are being held at the Hyatt Regency downtown Houston for people attending the 12th Transportation Applications Conference at the current Federal per diem rate of $110 (single or double) plus state and federal taxes. All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department by calling (713) 654-1234 or (800) 233-1234. Please identify the group by referencing the Applications Conference. The hotel rate is available until April 16, 2009.

Reservation requests received after the “cut-off-date” of April 16, 2009 will be based on availability at the time of the requests.

The hotel has reserved a group of rooms for Texas DOT and related state agencies at the special rate of $85 for the Conference. Reservations for this special rate must be made through Chris Van Slyke, Houston-Galveston Area Council at (713) 993-4574. The “cut-off-date” of April 16, 2009 will apply to this group.

The Regency Garage offers Self-Parking facilities connected to the hotel via skywalk.
