Hotel Reservations
The Peppermill Resort
A group of rooms are being held at the Peppermill Resort Reno for people attending the 13th Transportation Planning Applications Conference at the current Federal per diem rate of $89 (single or double) plus state and federal taxes. All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department by calling (800) 282-2444. Please identify the group by referencing CRTC411. The hotel rate is available until April 7, 2011. Reservation requests received after the cut-off-date of April 7, 2011 will be based on availability at the time of the requests.

Additional hotel rate details:
  • Room rates do not include and are subject to the applicable Washoe County room tax of 13% (subject to change) per room, per night.
  • The Peppermill Resort Fee of $10.00 (subject to change) per room, per night will apply. Resort fee includes Wi-Fi internet access in all public areas, sleeping rooms, meeting ballrooms, and the Internet Café, complimentary business center access, incoming and outgoing faxes up to 5 pages, in-room coffee makers, use of the health club, pool, valet, access to the parking garage and surface parking, concierge, local and #800 phone calls, and shuttle service to and from the airport. Refrigerators, cribs, and rollaways are available upon request and also complimentary.
  • Rate quoted is per room, per night based on single or double occupancy. Each additional adult over double occupancy is subject to a $10.00 charge, to a maximum of four (4) adults per room.
  • Each individual will receive verbal and written notification of the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino’s policy of $50.00 early departure fee at the time of check-in.

The Peppermill offers Self-Parking facilities connected to the hotel via skywalk. Parking is free.
